It came at the right time in the right way. The group was open and supportive without being graphic or triggering. I have faced situations that I would really have struggled with before but I have felt freedom and a grace to keep going where I would have fallen flat on my face before. The topics and exercises were timely, well structured and supported with prayer. Would I recommend this course? A thousand times yes…it was unexpected but right on time.
